Señora Montclair began studying Spanish in 7th grade at Horning Middle School in Waukesha and continued her studies throughout high school.  She studied at the Universidad Complutense in Madrid, Spain her junior year of college through the Marquette in Madrid program. 

 

During that year señora Montclair traveled throughout Europe, visiting England, France, Germany, Portugal, Yugoslavia, Greece, Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands, Belgium and Spain.

 

In college señora Montclair studied Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese.

 

Señora Montclair travels to Spanish speaking countries to maintain and improve her Spanish language skills and stay up to date on cultural trends and changes.  Over the years she has visited Puerto Rico, Belize, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Spain.
